The camera is easy to install and set up. This camera has a cable management system. It concealed wiring that protects the camera from vandalism. Externally accessible screw gears adjust the field of view and the focus of the 4-9 mm lens. This camera has 65 LEDs which requires high power. Insufficient power may not fully light up the LEDs and cause malfunction. Please make sure you use heavy gauge cable which is made of pure copper to avoid the voltage drop. If you see night vision too dark, it is because the LEDs not fully light up. Please replace the power supply to 12V 2Amp and power cord to 18 gauge copper. If you see the image blurry or in grey at night vision, adjust the position to avoid the reflection of IR light, which will interfere the image.
